LLCA Board of Directors

 The Board of Directors shall be comprised of not less than three (3) nor more than eleven (11) Directors, as determined from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Corporation. All directors are volunteers.

 

 Each Director shall demonstrate his or her willingness to accept responsibility for governance and his or her availability to participate actively in governance activities.  Directors shall be selected to bring a variety of interests and expertise to the Corporation and to reflect the community served.  

 

The Directors shall be elected to three year terms at the annual Member meeting by the affirmative vote of a majority of the individuals eligible to vote at such meeting
