Our Members

Eligibility for Membership:  Application for voting membership shall be open to all households who own a home or property on, or have deeded access to, or participate in an Association with access to, Lotus Lake in Chanhassen, Minnesota. Membership is granted after completion and receipt of a membership application and annual dues.  All memberships shall be granted upon a majority vote of the Board of Directors.

 

Annual Dues:  The amount required for annual dues shall be ($TBD) each year, as determined  by a simple majority vote of the Board of Directors and can be changed from time to time.  Continued membership is contingent upon being up to date on membership dues.  Dues must be paid in full in order to remain in good standing and prior to exercising voting rights.
